Another quality we appreciated about CBC was that they priced our custom home at a fair market price and we never felt price gouged - even during a busy building season. During the construction, both Mitch & Mike accurately followed our architectural plans to the letter. In comparison to other builders we have dealt with in the past, CBC was consistently available to answer questions before, during and after the build; Mitch and Mike were always articulate and clear about all phases of the construction. Before closing, CBC works with the client to ensure everything is completed to their satisfaction. After closing CBC is available to answer questions about the build and resolve any issues that can surface.
